SEVA EXPERIENCE X TISHTASHTALKS – Ladies who online

Reopened and reborn from the Life’n One brand is a beautiful sanctuary called Seva Experience. TishTashTalks (@tishtashtalks) organized an event to let the world know of its new name, and to promote their weekend wellness event the following day.

We followed a program or schedule during the event so we could join and experience the new services being offered at Seva Experience. They introduced us to Gong meditation, yoga for adults and kids, and essential oils. I also tried the Wheel of Virtue activity, which I enjoyed a lot that day. Oh, I wish I could have the cards to myself for my daily affirmations. Anyway, the Wheel of Virtue, for me, comes highly recommended. It’s for everyone who wants to focus and motivate themselves to do something new every day. Here’s how it works:

You can pick up your cards one by one. Each card has an affirmation and meaning written on it. Read the message and then write it on your wheel of virtue paper for you to use and reflect on this year. You will have one card that bears one affirmation and meaning for every month for the entire year. Now, this was all very new to me. But I’m happy to be trying out new things. It keeps my mind open to things like this that exist. I mean, we are all allowed to try it out, but it’s still up to you if you want to believe it or not. You can make it as a once in a lifetime experience. There’s no harm in trying.

Seva Experience also serves healthy food and drinks in their coffee shop. I’ve been there probably three times already. And I can say that I really enjoyed all of their healthy vegan food, which is all prepared from their own kitchen by their own chef. They plant most of the ingredients around their beautiful green garden. So if you want to be in a place that serves delicious, sustainable vegan food, whilst surrounded with green gardens and beautiful flowers, then you definitely need to visit them! You  even won’t even believe such a place exists. You’ll definitely forget that you’re in Dubai because the sanctuary is just amazing.
